AUSTBROKERS FOCUSES ON BUILDING ON THE BEST FOR ITS CONFERENCE
The Austbrokers Conference 2020 took place at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas from 15-17 March.
More than 200 insurance professionals enjoyed Queensland’s tropical weather and engaging learning experiences about the challenges and opportunities in sustaining business success.
The conference theme of Building on the Best was reflected through a focus on networking, collaboration and most importantly, education. The agenda covered topics including People Leadership, Technical Broking, Business Development Management, Customer Relationships and Industry Updates.
AUB Group CEO and Managing Director Mike Emmett said the key objective of the event was to provide the tools, insights, knowledge and technology to help members reach their business goals.

Specialist underwriting agency SURA sponsored an address from best-selling author and renowned business performance consultant Keith Abraham on How to Achieve Your Business Goals in 2020.
“Keith’s workshop was truly inspiring. He presented his renowned GoalDriver Formula and challenged the audience to commit and connect with their goals,” said SURA Head of Sales and Marketing Denver Van Gramberg.
