Peter is the former CEO of IAG Limited, and has served previously as the CEO of CGU, Aon Limited UK, Aon Risk Services Australia Pacific, and Aon Re Australia. Peter has over 40 years’ experience in the industry spanning insurance, reinsurance broking, and insurance broking. He is a Non-Executive Director of Commonwealth Bank of Australia and nib Holdings Limited, and is the Chair of Lawcover Insurance Pty Ltd.
Peter is also a member of the Advisory Council for Bain & Company, an Executive Mentor with Merryck & Co ANZ, and a member of the Advisory Council of EXL Services Asia Pacific.

Mike has enjoyed a diverse career working across the Insurance, Consulting, and IT Industries in Australia, the UK and South Africa. Prior to joining AUB Group, Mike was the Group CEO for Cover-More, previously an ASX-listed global travel insurer and now part of the Zurich Group. Mike previously held senior roles in Australia at QBE as Group Executive, Operations, and EY leading the Financial Services Advisory business.
Before moving to Australia, Mike spent several years working in London, including at IBM, leading the Insurance and Banking consulting teams and at Morse plc (Application Services) as Managing Director. Mike’s earlier career in
South Africa included senior roles in Consulting at IBM, Accenture and PwC.
Mike is also a Chartered Accountant (SA).

Richard is a Non-Executive Director of Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Limited and Hollard Holdings Australia Pty Limited. He is the Chair of the Movember Foundation and a Champions of Change Coalition Convenor and Advisor to CEOs and Boards.
Richard brings extensive experience delivering complex audit and advisory services to Australia’s leading public, private, government and not-for-profit organisations for more than 30 years.
Richard was the Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte Australia from 2018 to 2021. Prior to the CEO role, Richard was the Managing Partner of the Audit & Advisory Practice and a member of the Global Audit & Advisory Leadership Team. Richard’s career also includes more than 25 years working with PwC, including nine years on PwC’s Australian executive.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.

Tonianne Dwyer is a Non-Executive Director of ALS Limited, Incitec Pivot Limited and Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited. She is also the Deputy Chancellor and member of the Senate of the University of Queensland, and a director of the Sir John Monash Foundation.
Tonianne is an experienced non-executive director and has extensive executive experience in investment banking, funds management, real estate and corporate strategy across a variety of sectors and international markets. She had a 23-year executive career in investment banking and real estate during which she held senior management roles with Hambros Bank Limited Société Generale, and Quintain Estates and Development plc in the UK.
Tonianne has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (Hons) from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow and member of the Queensland Division Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.

Andrew Kendrick is a former Non-Executive Director of Lloyd’s of London and the Lloyd’s Market Association. He has more than 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry in the UK, Europe and Bermuda.
Andrew’s executive career includes leadership positions with Chubb and Ace, culminating in the role of President & Chairman, Chubb European Group. He began his career at Sturge Syndicate 210, and held a number of senior underwriting positions with Ockham Underwriting.

Melanie Laing is a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Ridley Corporation, one of Australia’s leading agricultural companies, and a former Non-Executive Director of global digital education provider, Keypath Education International.
Melanie was group executive of HR at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where she was responsible for the strategic planning, transformation and implementation of the bank's global people agenda and HR operations. Previously, she was global head of people and culture at Origin Energy, and has held senior HR leadership roles with Unisys, Vodafone, General Re and Times Mirror, in Australia and overseas.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand. She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI), a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) Australia and certified chair with the Advisory Board Centre.

Cath Rogers is a member of the Commercialisation Committee of the Heart Research Institute and was previously a Non-Executive Director of fintech Digital Wallet Pty Limited which trades as Beem It (2018-2021) and McGrath Limited (2016-2018).
She has a background in financial services, private equity and venture capital both in Australia and overseas including with Antler, AirTree Ventures, Anchorage Capital Partners, Masdar Capital and Credit Suisse.
Cath holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from INSEAD. She is also a CFA Charterholder and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark has 30 years’ financial services experience in senior finance, CFO and COO roles in Europe, Asia and Australia. Mark spent 14 years with Macquarie Bank including nine years as CFO of the Asia Pacific Region and three years as CFO of Macquarie’s Retail Bank, Business Bank and Wealth Management division. More recently Mark was CFO and COO of Australian Ethical Investment, an ASX-listed fund manager and superannuation fund trustee.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant qualified in South Africa and Australia, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Angie Zissis is a highly experienced professional with a distinguished career spanning 38 years in the insurance industry.
Since March 2016, Angie has been the CEO of SURA Pty Ltd. Additionally, he has led the AUB Group underwriting division as the Group Chief Underwriting Officer since July 2022, where he drives innovation and oversees the growth and development of product and underwriting agencies.
He has previously served as COO at Aon Australia, Finance Director at Marsh and NSW State Manager at ATC Insurance Solutions.

Ben is responsible for managing the broking networks and optimising the portfolio of businesses. Ben has been in the insurance market for over 25 years and was a member of the IAG and CGU Group Executive and where he held several senior executive positions, including CEO of IAG's Australian Business Division.

Steve has over 20 years’ experience across the insurance and technology sectors. Prior to joining AUB Group in 2019, Steve was the COO Asia-Pacific for Cover-More. At QBE, Steve held key roles including Enterprise Analytics Director (Group Operations), Head of Technology (Intermediary Distribution), and Head of Group Applications (GIS). His earlier career includes separate tenures at IBM in Australia and South Africa, along with valuable experience in life insurance with Liberty Life in senior distribution roles.

Partner Development Manager - Austbrokers
Mark joined Austbrokers in 2015 from Allianz where he served as State Manager – VIC/TAS Broker and Agency. He has held a number of senior management roles throughout his career including Chief Operating Officer at iiNet, General Manager – Strategy and Marketing for the RAC of WA and Marketing Manager – Life at Suncorp.
Mark has an MBA from the University of WA, a Graduate Diploma of Insurance Broking through ANZIIF and is a Member of the AICD.
Mark is responsible for a panel of members providing governance, financial and strategic support along with his duties as a nominee Director.
Marketing Manager - Austbrokers Member Services
Tarsila has over 15 years of experience in marketing and has worked in corporate marketing roles in the investment sector at CBRE and the insurance sector at NRMA.
At Austbrokers Member Services, Tarsila is responsible for promoting AMS benefits and AMS network communication through the AMS Portal, Austbrokers website, email marketing, and content creation. She is also responsible for engaging with insurers and delivering ongoing business requirements.
Tarsila has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
